5 Trucks carrying around 2000 dogs were intercepted by rescuers on Sunday Night. Truckloads of malnourished and dehydrated dogs in cages bound for the dinner table have been intercepted several times during the last few years. This time the authorities’ response has been more encouraging – setting aside space for the rescued and animals and is looks as though the traffickers will not be receiving a payment..
